Descriptive Note

The Roll of Honour was the work of a 4-person committee. It arose out of the observations that Palmerston North did not memorialise its war dead except for those named on the Cenotaph as having fallen in WWI. The Roll of Honour should be read in conjunction with the WWI Roll of Honour on the Palmerston North Cenotaph.
