Un-numbered subject files. Contains inwards and outwards correspondence, reports and working papers. These papers are pinned together inside manila folders. The subseries was created by Tom Jackson, who was appointed as County Clerk in 1981. The series appears to have been largely discontinued after 1984 and replaced by bound volumes of outward correspondence (3/2/5) and bound volumes of inwards correspondence (3/3/4)
