Plans of proposed community housing (rental units) to be erected by Council in Ferguson Street. This housing project was implemented and named Rakaia Place. For correspondence see files 21/4 and 21/4/1 in subseries 1/5/5. Some of the drawings in this series originated in the City Engineer’s Department prior to the creation of the City Planner’s Department. The series INCLUDES drawings produced by Council staff and outside consultants (engineers, surveyors and architects.)
