Descriptive Note
A series of plans showing the design of rental accomodation for senior citizens. The Council erected several blocks of flats throughout the City. See files 21/7/1 21/7/3 in subseries 1/5/5. Some of the drawings in this series originated in the City Engineer's Department prior to the creation of the City Planner's Department. The series includes drawings produced by Council staff and outside consultants (engineers, surveyors and architects).
