Printed copies of the Scheme Statements and Codes of Ordinances relating to the proposed, operative and review stages of the District Schemes prepared under the Town & Country Planning Act 1953. Several of these documents are signed and sealed by the Council. NOTE: The majority of these maps are drawn on base maps of either 5 chains to 1 inch, (prepared about 1946), or 10 chains to 1 inch, (prepared about 1951). This subseries is incomplete. Other maps from the period, 1946-1953, are known to have been destroyed during the 1960s.
