Descriptive Note

A series of cadastral maps:

Set 1: Incomplete set mounted on sheets of hardboard prepared by the Valuation Department of Central Government and annotated by the staff of P.N.C.C. Rates Office to show new subdivisions and changes in assessment numbers. These boards cover different geographical areas of the city from boards in series 2/23/11. A key to the areas covered by each board is on the back of board 5.

HELD IN NEW STACK ROOM (marked with orange tape).

Set 2: This series was created in 1975 and was still in use in 1996. Consists of 61 sheets. Unmounted. amended to 1979. HELD IN PLAN CABINETS.
