Bound volumes of committee minutes.

This committee, also known as the Staff Liaison Committee, was elected annually by the PNCC staff who were members of the Local Government Officers Union. This union represented the 'white-collar' workers of the Council (i.e. the clerical, professional and technical staff). The committee was involved with the annual negotiations of an Industrial Agreement, later known as a collective agreement, with the Council, and acted as an advocate for staff welfare in general, and the welfare of the union members in particular.
