For evidence that this map was drawn about 1893 see the following: 1. PNCC 1/1/2 volume 2, pages 165-167 minutes of reserve committee Oct 11, 1892. Resolved to lease allotments of section 277 and section 257. Right of way to be laid off between 3 lots in Cuba St and 2 lots in Coleman Place. 2. PNCC 1/8/1 volume 2, page 222 letter from town clerk, 20 January 1894. Plan of subdivision of section 257 to be deposited so that deeds of lease can be prepared.
