Plan Change 19 involved the review of the Caccia Birch Zone provisions and the extent to existing zoning. The review was undertaken with a particular focus on noise issues and hours of operation, with changes to the noise limits recommended to ensure consistency with the NZ Standard for acoustics - environmental noise.
