Includes a copy of correspondence between PNCC Transitional Committee, Feilding Borough Council and Local Government Commission Wellington. Appendices include a list the proposed alterations to Palmerston North/Manawatu District Boundaries, roads to be vested solely in Manawatu District, and the Manawatu River Loop.
